I worked as an independent consultant/developer for
Umbaugh
in Indianapolis, IN.
One project I headed involved the development of database systems to monitor municipal bond rates across all Indiana state counties. Another project was a basic county-wide utility rate comparison, and yet another was an employee payroll system for a municipal fire department.I did all database development, form/report design, application coding, and documentation for this and all projects done at Umbaugh. All project form environments were created in MS Access, with database interfaces in Access, MySql, and Oracle.
