The Indiana University School of Informatics, the first of its kind in the country, was created as a place where innovative multidisciplinary programs could thrive. The Department of Informatics offers a broad spectrum of graduate studies which overlap and cross various research specializations in many different ways. We offer several domain-specific M.S. degree programs, as well as a highly interdisciplinary and research-based Ph.D. in Informatics.
